Steve DeCoster is a Partner with Came|Sweeney and has been in the Human Capital industry for over a decade. He began his career with the R.H. Donnelley Corporation where he spent over 8 years in sales and sales training, sales management, and corporate staffing. Prior to joining Came|Sweeney, Steve worked at Drake Beam Morin, a global human capital management service firm, where he held senior level positions and was a perennial top performer. Steve provides executive search services to multiple industries as a generalist. He specializes in senior level professionals within the functional areas of marketing/sales, client service, and human resources. Steve is well versed and experienced in working with start-up firms to large Fortune 500-size corporations.

He holds a B.A. in Media Communications & English from St. Norbert College. Steve has held leadership positions with Human Resource Management Associations of Chicago (HRMAC), SHRM of Lake County, Illinois, and Catholic Charities. Steve has spent nearly his entire life residing in the Chicagoland area. Currently, Steve and his family reside in a northern suburb of Chicago.
